I do not know my schedule yet. What Is the latest time I can confirm I am attending?

If you can, confirm you are attending 90 days before the workshop starts. If you cannot confirm by then, then you may still be able to join the workshop, but there is a risk that the accommodation prices will be higher because we might have to find a different place for you to stay. However we will probably be able to find a place for you on the workshop.
